YOGA PROPS

Hey you! Creating your at-home yoga practice can be as easy or as involved as you’d like it to be. Here at Northern Yoga Center, we have a variety of classes, with some classes using little-to-no-props and other classes using more.

Many of these items can be made with a bit of creativity. Underneath each prop name, we’ll list different ways that you can create this prop for free using items that you already own at home!

These products are loved by our Northern Yoga Center teachers. They’re simply recommendations. If you’d like, you can always search for cheaper alternative products on Amazon.
